Terms of Use

These terms explain the conditions for accessing Sea Simulators and playing the browser games offered on this website.

Last updated:

1. Scope and operator

These Terms of Use apply to seasimulator.com and the game windows and resources supplied through this site. “Sea Simulators”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the team operating this website. “You” refers to the person accessing or playing through it.

Please read these terms before using the service. If you do not agree to the conditions that apply to your use, stop using the site. These terms do not replace any rights or protections that applicable law gives you.

2. Access, age and current free play

The games currently offered on Sea Simulators are free to play in a supported browser without an account or download. You are responsible for your device, internet access and any associated connection charges. JavaScript is required, and the 3D Naval Simulator also requires WebGL 2.

If you are not legally able to agree to these terms on your own, use the site only with the permission and supervision appropriate under the law where you live. Parents and guardians should consider whether fictional combat and pirate themes are suitable for the child in their care.

If a paid feature is introduced in the future, its price and applicable purchase terms must be presented before you choose to purchase. These terms do not authorize a charge or create a subscription.

3. Permission to use the games

You may access the site and play its games for personal entertainment, subject to these terms and applicable law. This permission does not transfer ownership of our content, source code, artwork, game systems, names or trademarks.

You may share links to our public pages. If you want to redistribute a game, commercially reuse substantial site material, or use a protected brand asset, contact us for permission unless applicable law or an explicit licence already permits the use.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the site to carry out unlawful activity, infringe another person’s rights, distribute malicious code, interfere with normal operation, evade technical access controls, attempt unauthorized access, or deliberately overload the service.

Do not impersonate the operator or claim that we endorse your product or activity. Ordinary browser tools, accessibility tools and lawful security research are not prohibited simply because they are tools; do not use them to access another person’s data, disrupt the service or exceed authorization. Report a suspected vulnerability privately through our contact address.

5. Local saves and in-game items

Sailing Life Simulator, Pirate Simulator and Ship Crew Simulator save progress locally in the browser. Saves are tied to the browser and device used. Clearing site data, using private browsing, moving to another device, browser restrictions or incompatible changes may remove or make that progress unavailable.

Naval Combat Simulator and Naval Simulator are session-based and do not save an unfinished battle, patrol or exercise. We do not provide a cloud backup or promise recovery of deleted browser data. In-game money, cargo, upgrades and other possessions are game state only; they have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money through this site.

6. Entertainment and content limitations

Our games use fictional or adapted settings and simplified mechanics. They are not certified navigation, maritime, military, medical or safety training. Do not use game maps, controls, tactics, repairs or treatment mechanics to make real-world operational decisions.

Historical settings and characters may be condensed, interpreted or altered to support play. Fictional depictions of piracy or combat do not endorse unlawful conduct. Read the Disclaimer and the specific notice on each game page.

7. Intellectual property and third-party material

Site text, original game material, artwork and other protected content belong to their respective rights holders. Third-party libraries, assets and notices retain their applicable licences. A public page or playable game is not a general licence to copy or republish everything it contains.

Names, marks and references to vessels, places or historical subjects are used to identify or describe content and do not by themselves imply endorsement or affiliation. Contact us with a specific rights concern so we can review it.

8. Privacy and communications

The Privacy Policy explains local browser storage, hosting and security logs, Google Analytics, and information you choose to send by email. These terms do not turn optional analytics into a requirement to play or waive rights relating to personal information.

For feedback, send only material you are entitled to share. We may use your suggestions to investigate and improve the site. Sending a suggestion does not require us to implement it or transfer ownership of unrelated material you include.

9. Availability and changes

We may update, fix, temporarily suspend or retire a game or site feature. Features, supported devices, translations and saved-data compatibility may change. Maintenance, network problems, security restrictions and provider outages can interrupt access.

We do not promise that the service will always be available, that every device will run a game, or that every bug will be corrected. If we restrict access for abuse or security reasons, the restriction should be proportionate to protecting the site and its users.

10. Warranties and responsibility

To the extent applicable law allows, the site and games are provided “as is” and “as available”, without a contractual promise of error-free operation, fitness for a particular real-world purpose or preservation of local progress. You are responsible for deciding whether a game is suitable for your device and intended entertainment use.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising from use outside that intended purpose, deleted browser data, interruptions outside our reasonable control, or external services we do not operate. Nothing here excludes or limits liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot be excluded, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

11. Concerns, disputes and updates to these terms

Contact us with a concern and enough information to understand it so we can try to resolve it. You keep any right to seek help from a regulator, consumer body or court available under applicable law; these terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver or an exclusive foreign court.

If one provision cannot lawfully apply, that does not remove protections required by law or automatically invalidate the remaining provisions. We may revise these terms as the service changes and will update the date shown on this page. A revision does not retrospectively remove rights that have already arisen.

12. Contact

For questions about these terms, email info@seasimulator.com. Our Contact us page explains how to report a game issue, accessibility barrier, privacy request or rights concern.
